- BOOKING:
We recommend you order your kit 3 days in advance to your hosting date. Orders within 3 days are subject to availability.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Our team will review your booking request and will contact you to confirm your rental order via email or phone.
- KIT DELIVERY:
Your kit will be delivered 1 day prior to your hosting date, scheduled in advance.
- LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
We kindly ask you to handle our tablescape kit and items with care. Any lost or damaged items will be fully charged at its replacement cost.
